*If you chose to make a contribution you must provide me with: • Your name and Your address., Donations up to $1500 may remain anonymous from being declared in formal reporting.

Individual or aggregate contribution of NZD $1,500 or more (including any GST) of money, goods or services, must be publicly disclosed in a return to the Wellington City Council that will be published on the Council’s public website after the election. If I receive an anonymous individual or aggregate contribution exceeding NZD $1,500 (including any GST) I must surrender the amount over that limit to the electoral officer and cannot issue a refund.
